About your host
Mills Gray
I was the queen of hustle and doing it all. Checking Stripe at midnight, doing mental maths on the school run, switching off by watching TV whilst quietly planning my next offer. I thought that was just what building a business looked like.
I have changed. And the work I do now is built on understanding what was actually running the show back then - because it was not ambition. It was a subconscious that had decided control was the only safe option.
I am a business strategist, NLP practitioner and author of The Rebellious Leader. I have 18 years of experience across five businesses. The Upgrade is the first time I am bringing this work into a room - strategy and the subconscious together, because I know what happens when you only fix one.

Is this a coaching day or a strategy day?
Both, deliberately. Strategy without the deeper work produces plans you do not implement. This day works at both levels simultaneously.
Will there be time for my specific situation?
Yes. Hot seats are a core part of the day and the room is deliberately small - 10 women - so every person gets real attention.
